These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Tax-e-Cab website and transportation services provided by Drewgle Enterprises LLC dba Tax-e-Cab ("Tax-e-Cab," "we," "our," or "us"). By using our website or requesting transportation services, you agree to these Terms.
Transportation Services
Tax-e-Cab provides transportation services subject to driver availability, weather, road conditions, vehicle availability, and other operational circumstances.
A ride request does not guarantee service until it has been accepted and confirmed by our dispatch team.
Booking Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate pickup and destination information, contact information, and any other details necessary to complete the requested transportation.
Incorrect or incomplete information may result in delays, cancellation, or additional charges.
Cancellations and Wait Time
Scheduled rides should be canceled at least one (1) hour before the scheduled pickup time.
Drivers will wait up to three (3) minutes after arriving at the pickup location. Additional wait time is billed at $1.00 per minute, subject to driver availability.
Late cancellations, no-shows, or abandoned rides may result in applicable charges.
Payment
Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless other billing arrangements have been approved by Tax-e-Cab.
Accepted payment methods may vary and are subject to availability.
Passenger Responsibilities
Passengers are expected to:

Treat drivers with courtesy and respect.

Follow all applicable laws.

Follow reasonable safety instructions from the driver.

Avoid behavior that places the driver, passengers, or the public at risk.
Tax-e-Cab reserves the right to refuse or terminate service when necessary to protect the safety of our drivers, passengers, or the public.
Lost Property
Tax-e-Cab is not responsible for personal property left in our vehicles. If lost property is recovered, we will make reasonable efforts to return it. Return or delivery fees may apply.
Website Use
You agree not to use our website for unlawful purposes or in any manner that interferes with its operation or security.
Privacy
Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to our Privacy Policy.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tax-e-Cab and Drewgle Enterprises LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or transportation services.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised Effective Date.
Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon.
